“ This is a review for the Service Department. The Sales Department consists of your normal used car sales stereotypes. Anyway, the Service Department is great. Shout out to Sarah. They schedule quickly. They're punctual. The service is done quickly and well. The car is never marked up or dirty from the techs. I even showed them an update for the infotainment system that Subaru had just issued and not all dealers were aware of. They confirmed it with Subaru of America and performed the update. Oil changes are fast. They don't try to up sell you either. Also, the Parts Department is great. Order online, over the phone, or in person and bam you have your parts. ”

They let my wife take an extended test drive and even went as far as to make sure her comfort level was where she needed it to be before we ever sat down with finance. Lovely Burgess was extremely helpful and friendly and kept me in the loop the entire time for some additional maintenance I had done. The car wash and vacuum were so nice too!!!! I had needed to do both and it was such a nice surprise when they did it at my oil change. SO nice. The whole process was pleasant because of the friendly people and the comfortable waiting area.
